Wicked Witch of the West!

We're doing the "Wizard of Oz" theme this year and it just so happens they all voted me to be the Wicked Witch of the West.

I've been in such a bind lately since the car loss and the cut paychecks.. I have to make my costumes as cheap as I can.

my question is.. how do I greenify my skin for cheaper than 20? I'm only doing this one time, and I don't have much monies in my current situation.

Ugh... I lost my camera...... TT___TT So all the awesome pics from SDCC09 are gone!! :'<

I'll prolly go to smaller conventions, as well. I've only experienced big ones, so I kinda wanna see how the smaller ones do :3 AnimeLA, for sure!
